• We don’t like waiting either. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days anywhere in Egypt, Cairo included.
• Want it quicker? If you’re in Cairo and choose Same Day Delivery before 11 AM, it’ll be at your door that very day (extra fees apply).

Refund Policy:

• We accept refund requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The courier will give you the refund upon collecting the item, provided it is in good condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.

Exchange Policy:

• We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The exchange process takes 3 to 5 working days.
• Items must be in good condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
• Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
